VariantBaits™人全外显子捕获试剂盒由795,793条LC Sciences专利技术μParaflo®微流体芯片合成的RNA探针组成,总捕获目标区域为60.66Mb,探针设计区域为62.09Mb,有效覆盖数据库中遗传病相关位点,同时覆盖主流表型数据库如ClinVar、DisGeNET、PheGenI等。ClinVar和DisGeNET数据库覆盖度分别达到96%和83%,远高于同类产品,应用于遗传病相关的研究。
